Shopping

Find vintage and independent clothing shops on Park Street. Wander into Clifton Village to shop in boutique stores and cafes. Or take a short walk to the main central shopping area, Cabot Circus, just 20 minutes away.

Cultural Sites

Visit Bristol's Natural History Museum, Royal West of England Art Gallery or the famous SS Great Britain. For world-renowned music venues, book a concert at St. George or The Bristol Beacon

Markets

Explore St. Nicholas Market, where you can sample Bristol’s finest street food or peruse the (often quirky) stalls.

Walks & Open Spaces

Take a walk around Brandon Hill or pop up to the Downs. You’ll also find botanical gardens nearby.

Theatres

Check out productions at Bristol’s recently refurbished Old Vic Theatre, or at the Bristol Hippodrome. Both theatres are just down the hill.

Bristol has too many to list. Even in a small radius from the house you’ll find Pinkmans (renowned bakery), Boston Tea Party, Mrs Potts Chocolate, Swoon (if you can handle the queues), all situated on Park Street.

Yes. You can pay and display to park in Berkeley Square. It’s £2.50 per hour between 8am and 6pm, and £5 overnight. We recommend this for a one-night stay.

Alternatively, West End Car Park (BS1 5AN) is a short 3-minute walk away with over 750 spaces. Current prices start at £13.50 per day and £5 overnight

Yes. Please book the whole house, Willow, Chestnut, Oak or Hazel for your room if you’d like to bring your dog.

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs in Maple, Sycamore or Cedar. Please let us know if you’re bringing a pet, and how many, so we can allocate you the correct room. You can add your pet(s) as an ‘add on’ when you book a room.

We charge £12 per pet, per stay (up to 4 nights)

Yes. We can take in luggage after 11am. On Friday and Sunday, we can only store luggage after checkout until 2.30pm.

Not necessarily. If you’re renting the entire house, then it’s self-catering, and breakfast is not provided. Of course, you have full access to the kitchen to rustle up a breakfast of kings.

 

For room only bookings, we offer a complimentary continental breakfast. If you’d like a cooked breakfast, please let us know in advance (at least the night before) and we’ll happily prepare your choice of breakfast for an additional cost of £9.95 per
person.
